This Privacy Policy explains how TwinGP (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

AI‑Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including medical, legal, or financial advice). Use your judgment and verify information when needed.

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and use a cloud authentication provider to manage sign‑in and account security. We do not store your plaintext password.

User content. When you use chat and tools, you may provide text and (depending on the feature) images, files, or voice input. This content is used to provide the feature you requested.

Settings and app state. We may store limited account/state records (such as status and timestamps) in backend services (including a cloud database) to operate the Service.

Device and technical data. We may collect basic technical information (device type, OS version, language, app version) and diagnostic events (e.g., errors) to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Security logs. Our systems may temporarily store logs (e.g., request timestamps, IP address, error details) for abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting.

2. AI processing

When you submit content to AI features, your input may be transmitted to our servers and to third‑party AI model providers to generate a response. These providers process data on our behalf as service providers.

Training: We do not use your personal information to train our own AI models. Third‑party AI model providers may process inputs according to their own policies and terms. Where available, we aim to use provider controls that reduce or prevent training on submitted content.

Important: Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts (e.g., government IDs, bank details, highly sensitive health data). We strongly discourage sharing sensitive personal information (such as financial account details, government IDs, precise health records, or passwords) in prompts.

3. Permissions (Android)

Depending on features you use, the App may request permissions such as Internet, microphone, camera, notifications, exact alarms (for reminders), and media access (for attaching images/videos). If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share personal information with third parties for their advertising or marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as cloud authentication/database providers, third‑party AI model providers, and infrastructure hosting) to operate the Service, and as required by law or to protect safety and security.

5. Content safety and moderation

We implement safety measures designed to reduce harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content and to prevent abuse of the Service. Despite these measures, AI outputs may still be incorrect or inappropriate.

6. Location

We do not collect precise location data (such as GPS). Approximate location may be inferred from IP address and related network information for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

7. Storage, retention, and deletion

Chat history (on device). Chat history is stored locally on your device (app private storage). You can delete chats in the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data removes locally stored chat history.

Cloud account data. Account authentication data is stored with our authentication provider while your account exists. Limited state records may be stored in our cloud database for Service operation.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and update the “Last updated” date.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TwinGP application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not use the Service to harm others, distribute illegal content, circumvent security, or abuse or overload our systems.

2. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that violates others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or permitted commercial use. Our name, logos, and the Service’s design and code are our property. You retain rights in the content you input; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; use your judgment and do not rely on them for critical decisions without verification.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may change the Service or these Terms. We will post updates and, where required, notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
